We are seeking young creative and ambitious process engineers, with a passion for challenges and technology. You will be involved in all phases of Carbon Circles projects, from early project initiation throughout to EPC completion and final delivery of plants and products. You like interacting with all disciplines, and you possess excellent communication skills (oral & written); you understand people, you respect people, and you are a strong believer in transparency and openness. You respect our high standards of ethics, and you enjoy working in integrated teams where the tempo will be high in periods. You are not afraid of making decisions, and you enable things to happen in power of your strong drive for progress. You are structured, proactive, pragmatic and solution focused. Education within industrial chemical engineering, preferably with knowledge to most common technologies and solutions within WtE, CCS, hydrogen/ammonia and heat transfer systems.

As a young process engineer at Carbon Circle you will report to the SVP Engineering. You will be performing complex process design on projects, studies and tenders, and you will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Carbon Circle engineering toolbox and execution model.

You will have high level of flexibility in your role and work with multiple internal and external teams, comprising the following areas of work;

• Process Simulations & Calculations
• Perform technical studies
• Participate in sourcing and qualification of suppliers and strategic partners
• Participate in procurement processes
• Over time, become responsible for follow-up of suppliers and partners

Professional Background

• Masters Degree within Industrial Chemical Engineering
• 0-3 years of experience in the energy sector
• Fluent English & Norwegian (oral & written)
• Excellent user skills in computer software, with basic knowledge to HYSYS/Unisim
